Acceptance
By using SquawkX, you agree to use the app as a study and practice aid for aviation learning, quiz review, ATC readback practice, and progress tracking.
Practice Aid
SquawkX is not a substitute for official training, instructor endorsement, aircraft manuals, FAA publications, or real-world aviation decision-making.
Always verify procedures, limitations, weather, charts, and operational decisions with current official sources and qualified instruction.
Account And Access
You are responsible for keeping access to your SquawkX account secure and for using the same sign-in method when returning to the app.
SquawkX may update, limit, or discontinue features when needed for safety, reliability, legal compliance, or app operations.
Subscriptions
SquawkX Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple in-app purchase. Subscription management, cancellation, renewal, and refund handling are controlled through Apple account settings and App Store policies.
User Content And Conduct
ATC recordings, transcripts, quiz activity, and study progress should be used for personal learning. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, or unsafe content.
